Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to the full service fee. If you need to make a change, please contact Called to Care as soon as possible.
